Account Responsibilities and Authentication<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Credentials &amp; Sessions:<\/strong> You must provide accurate, complete information during registration. Organizers maintain database-backed accounts with revocable sessions, while appointed judges access bankside tools via authenticated magic-link tokens. You are responsible for all actions taken under your account credentials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Organizer Authority:<\/strong> Organizers and match secretaries are solely responsible for setting rules, managing peg allocations, configuring prize categories, and verifying the accuracy of submitted weights and catch logs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Competition Rules and On-Site Governance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dispute Resolution:<\/strong> AnglerMatchPro provides scoring calculations, draw generation, and leaderboard software. Local match secretaries, federations, and designated bankside judges remain exclusively responsible for resolving angler disputes, rules infractions, gear violations, disqualifications, and the physical distribution of cash or sponsored prizes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Entry Fees:<\/strong> Any match entry fees displayed within the platform are informational; AnglerMatchPro does not collect, hold, or disburse match entry pools or angler prize funds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bankside Connectivity:<\/strong> While the platform optimizes data entry for mobile environments, match organizers and judges are responsible for ensuring bankside data verification during periods of intermittent network connectivity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Prohibited Conduct<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You agree not to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Falsify weigh-in data, fish species, catch timestamps, team rosters, or peg draw assignments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interfere with real-time socket connections, TV kiosk broadcast endpoints, or server infrastructure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or scrape the platform&#8217;s codebase, scoring algorithms, or UI assets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attempt unauthorized access to judge consoles or organizer audit dashboards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Public Data and Match Broadcasting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By participating in or organizing a competition on AnglerMatchPro, you acknowledge and agree that tournament data\u2014including angler names, country flags, peg allocations, catch weights, species, timestamped catch logs, and photo evidence\u2014will be broadcast publicly across web leaderboards and venue TV displays<sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All proprietary software, Flutter applications, UI designs, brand assets, logos, and technical documentation associated with AnglerMatchPro remain the exclusive property of AnglerMatchPro<sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnglerMatchPro and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Network outages, data transmission delays, or bankside hardware failures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Errors in user-entered weigh-in values or organizer-configured tie-breaking rules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Financial disputes regarding prize money, entry fees, or sponsorships between organizers and competitors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Governing Law<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operator is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles<sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8.
